LIMITED WARRANTY
GreenJacket a Division of Sto-Cote Products, Inc. Warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. Replacement or repair will be at the discretion of GreenJacket a Division
of Sto-Cote Products, Inc. provided written notification along with Photos of the damage in question is made to the company by December 31st of the purchase year. This warranty does not extend to damage done through mishandling, misuse, (including but not limited to: cross-country skiers, snowmobiles, snow/ice removal equipment, etc.) and acts of nature to the product.
In the event of UV degradation, the product will have a pro-rated warranty of the following from the date of shipment (of the GreenJacket cover material replacement cost only) (Excludes: Nail Stakes, Washers and Vacuum Preventers):
1st season 100%, 2nd season 50%, 3rd season 25%, 4th season 10%, and 5th season 5%.
This would apply to seam strength and material tearing, provided there are no signs of wind-whip or a localized high wind events contributing to the cause of failure.
GreenJacket Impermeable Covers generally hold up to winds of 45MPH. Most hold up to higher speed winds. Especially when extra precautions have been taken in known windy locations. And of course, when the covers are covered with snow and/or ice.
GreenJacket a Division of Sto-Cote Products, Inc.. shall not in any event be liable for incidental or consequential damages by reason of any warranty claim.
The warranties contained herein are expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific use.
Shipping Damage: All merchandise is carefully packaged to reduce the possibility of damage during shipment. Please report damaged merchandise at time of delivery directly to the carrier/driver who delivered
your shipment.
Returned Goods: Written permission and authorization for return of any merchandise must be obtained before returning merchandise for any cause. Items returned without such written permission will be refused. All returns are subject to GreenJacket a Division of Sto-Cote Products, Inc. inspection, audited disposition at time of receipt.
